Thank you, Andrew Meyer!

After John Kerry gave a speech, during a peaceful question and answer period, Andrew Meyer, holding investigative journalist Greg Palast’s book Armed Madhouse in his hand, respectfully asked him about quirkiness in the 2004 US elections.

He asked John Kerry why he conceded the election so easily when when there was voting day evidence of the suppression of African Americans votes and malfunctioning electronic voting machines that literally erased votes.

For being a concerned citizen, Andrew Meyer was dragged away by security thugs and tasered with thousands of volts of electricity while Kerry continued to answer a perfectly legitimate and very relevant and timely quesion. Furthermore, he was incarcerated in Alachua County, Florida.

Andrew Meyer exercised his patriotic duty in respectfully asking Senator John Kerry very important, timely, and relevant questions about the integrity of US democracy, questions that the mainstream media has utterly failed to properly address. Thankfully, independent news sources such as bradblog.com and blackboxvoting.org possessed the backbone lacking in mainstream journalists and filled in the vital information gap left by the mainstream war-profiteering media.

Andrew Meyer is an example to the world of what exercising freedom of expression means. It should never be taken for granted, not even in the United States of America.

Thank you, Andrew Meyer!

Spread the word.

  1. Discombobulated Says:

Thanks Andrew. You are a true American Patriot. If the Redcoats could have used the magical powers of electricity back in ’76 on those mouthy Americans, instead of DON’T TREAD ON ME I’m sure they would have been screaming “DON’T TAZE ME BRO”. I’m gonna get that tattooed on my chest if you don’t mind.

  2. Pat Says:

Courageous people that get the opportunity should ask the same questions wherever Kerry appears and ask WHY he conceded. Point out that the election was stolen. Point out the MASSIVE disenfranchisement in Ohio. Point out the MASSIVE evidence in Greg Palast’s book “Armed Madness”. See if they are also silenced. Perhaps there would be a pattern? The fascists in control do not want you to know the truth. We need to make this evident. Thank you Andrew.

  3. Mary Miller Says:

I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone that the media seem to be brushing this incident under the carpet so quickly and worse, so many are condoning the police action as appropriate. How can this be? I think it is a pivotal moment in the history of our country much like when Rosa Parks refused to get up out of her seat on the bus.

What is wrong with people that they can’t seem to see the full and terrible meaning of what just happened? That is even more frightening than what happened to Andrew.

Going against the grain to that degree took GUTS.

  4. Joan Says:

Thank you, Andrew, for having the cojones to ask a few of the questions that have been ignored by Congress & the media for the last six and a half years. Sorry you had to get assaulted for your trouble, my friend.
I’m sure we’ll hear from you again. Keep askin’ those questions!
